Overview The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) for OpsIQ outlines the rules that ensure the platform remains safe, lawful, and reliable for all users. This policy applies to all uses of OpsIQ, whether through the Cloud or Self-Hosted installations, and encompasses every channel the platform supports, including AI chat, tickets, CRM, promotions, email, webhooks, and APIs.

The AUP applies fully to Self-Hosted installations. Users must comply with licensing terms and maintain secure configurations.

OpsIQ reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and enforce compliance.
