1. Agreement & Acceptance By using OpsIQ, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions Key terms include:

• Service: OpsIQ platform and its modules.
• Cloud/SaaS: Hosted version accessed over the internet.
• Self-Hosted: Software installed on your infrastructure.
• Customer Data: Data submitted or generated through the Service.
• End-User: Individuals interacting with the Service.
• AI Output: Content generated by AI features.

3. Eligibility & Accounts You must be 18+ and use OpsIQ for business. You are responsible for your account and its security.

4. Licence Grant & Restrictions OpsIQ is licensed, not sold. You have a limited right to use the Service as per your subscription. No resale or reverse engineering is allowed.

5. Customer Data & Ownership You own your data. OpsIQ processes it only to provide the Service. You are responsible for the legality of your data.

6. Your Responsibilities & Your End-Users You are accountable for how you and your end-users use OpsIQ and must comply with applicable laws.

7. AI Features & Model Providers AI Output may be inaccurate. Review it before use. You choose your model provider.

8. Acceptable Use You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, prohibiting illegal content and misuse.

9. Plans, Trials, Billing & Taxes Paid plans auto-renew. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
