Does OpsIQ offer refunds?
OpsIQ offers a 14-day refund policy for eligible first paid subscriptions. Please note that consumed AI credits and metered usage are not considered unused subscription value and may be excluded or deducted from any refund. Generally, annual payments are non-refundable outside of the initial window, billing errors, statutory rights, or a discretionary qualifying service remedy. Duplicate or incorrect charges can be corrected under the Refund Policy.
