Refund & Cancellation Policy — OpsIQ

Refund & Cancellation Policy — OpsIQ

This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, downgrades, and billing changes work for OpsIQ subscriptions, including both Cloud (SaaS) and Self-Hosted licenses. We offer a free plan and a no-card trial to ensure you can evaluate OpsIQ before making any payment.

Key Points:

  1. Free Plan & Trial: You can start with a free plan or a no-card trial to assess OpsIQ without any charges. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it may convert to a paid subscription.
  1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge. This guarantee applies only to the first paid subscription.
  1. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. However, we do not refund for unused days simply due to cancellation.
  1. Billing Cycles: Monthly plans renew automatically each month, while annual plans are billed once for twelve months. Both types of plans can be canceled at any time.
  1. Refund Requests: To request a refund, email [email protected] from your account email, including your workspace name and transaction reference. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to decide within 5 business days.
  1. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as AI credits and metered usage already consumed, are non-refundable. Refunds for annual fees are generally discretionary and may only be granted in specific cases.
  1. Data Access: Upon cancellation, you can export your data before access ends. After the termination period, data may be deleted according to our retention policy.
  1. Self-Hosted Licenses: Once issued, Self-Hosted licenses are non-refundable, except where statutory rights apply.
