Can I cancel an unpaid invoice?

Some eligible unpaid invoices can be cancelled from your account when self-service invoice cancellation is enabled. Paid invoices and other closed accounting records remain locked as historical records. If your account does not offer the option to cancel the invoice, please contact support instead of assuming it can be removed.
