Why We Built It

OpsIQ serves as the AI operating layer that integrates these tools into one shared brain, allowing your entire site to function cohesively.

Why OpsIQ Exists

We recognized the problem of ten disconnected tools that failed to understand the customer. While hosting thousands of websites, we observed the same issues: chat in one app, CRM in another, and various other tools that only saw a fragment of the customer. Switching tabs to piece together the full story was cumbersome. Instead of acquiring another tool, we built the layer we wished existed: one place, one shared brain, with the whole customer in view.

Proven in Production

OpsIQ did not start as a concept; it began with Nabtech's own hosting clients. It was tested on live websites with real customers and billing contexts, ensuring that every rough edge was identified and addressed before anyone else signed up. OpsIQ launched in 2026, already mature on day one.
